Welcome to Nitro
For less than the cost of a cup of coffee each month, Nitro internet accelerator can save you
money on expensive excess data charges,
provide secure internet proxy services and improve performance
ISP’s around the region often charge you for a quota of data. After it runs out,
you are charged on a per mb basis, which can run into hundreds of dollars each
month. With the move to mobile broadband using 3G, 4G and beyond, Telco
companies will continue to find ways of charging for their data, and for
expensive excess data charges -
US
Well - this is where cheap internet broadband starts!
Nitro Proxy compresses data before it is delivered to you. By connecting to one of our many proxy server in Asia and the US, not only can you get faster internet access but you will start
reducing excess data fees immediately.
For example, if you buy 3G Wireless broadband and your excess data use is 10cents per MB, that’s $100 per GB. Using Nitro
Proxy, our average compression ratio for http traffic is 4:1 meaning that you will only download 250mb, at a cost of $25.00
Some Examples from ISP's in the region

Media Attention for Accelerators
Don't
take our word for it -
Optus is considering using web accelerator technology widely across its
3G mobile network to increase the speed its customers can access websites on
increasingly popular data-rich devices.
The carrier started looking at accelerators, also known as proxies, midway
through last year, Optus mobile network director Andrew Smith told
ZDNet.com.au. That period had been busy for the carrier, with the company
launching its popular iPhone offers.
Unexpected demand for wireless internet services created congestion issues in
certain areas which had Optus scrambling to increase capacity. Since then, the
company has increased transmission backhaul and upped the capacities of its
sites.

Nitro Note: "Let me know if they pass on the data savings!!"
Here is how it works
You download a small client from the Nitro website which integrates with your Chrome, IE, or Firefox browser. We have a version that works for all Windows operating system and MAC’s.
You register with the Nitroglobal website, and select either a free trial for 30 days, purchase with a secure credit card, or use a voucher from one of our many merchants around the world.
When you browse the web your request for data goes to one of our proxy servers. We get the pages, and compress them using our patented compression algorithms. We send you the compressed data, and your PC or MAC decompresses the information and puts it into your browser.
It is as simple as that.
And there are added bonuses. If you use a low speed connection like ADSL 256k,
or dial-up, then Nitro Proxy will not only save you money, but will improve the
speed of your link.
